By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Data Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

In short:

The stream is live only — nothing is recorded, and chat is never saved.
Accounts need a username and password only. No email, no personal data.
You must be 18 or older to sign up.
Don't post illegal, harassing, or abusive content. Moderators can remove messages, kick, or ban.
You can delete your account at any time, permanently.

01 The Service

Milked Live is a live-only streaming room with a live chat.

Live only. No replays. No VOD. The stream is broadcast live and is not recorded, stored, or made available for replay by the Service.
Live chat. Chat messages are visible to people connected to the room at the moment they are sent. Messages are held briefly in server memory for the current session and are never saved to disk or retained after the session or a server restart. There is no message history archive, no log of chat content, and no way to recover old messages.

02 Accounts

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By signing up you confirm you meet the age requirement (Section 8).
Accounts use a username and password only. We do not collect your email address or any other personal information at signup.
The first account created is the streamer/owner; the owner may appoint moderators. Moderator status is attached to an account and is visible in chat.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your username and password hash (see our Privacy & Data Policy).

03 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Post or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or that encourages illegal activity.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated posting, flooding, or evasion of rate limits.
Attempt to harvest, scrape, or store chat content for redistribution.

04 User-Generated Content and Moderation

Chat is subject to a 280-character limit and a rate limit of 5 messages per 10 seconds per user.
The streamer and appointed moderators can remove messages, kick users temporarily, and ban users who violate these Terms, including content that is illegal or harassing.
A ban stores only the username, the reason given, and who issued it, until the ban is lifted or the account is deleted. Chat messages themselves are never stored (see Section 1).
Chat content is user-generated and is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for content posted by users, but we will act on reports.

Notice-and-Takedown / DMCA

Copyright. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated contact including: identification of the work, a description of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We will respond to valid notices and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.
EU DSA (Digital Services Act). For notices of illegal content, you may submit a notice and, where applicable, request action to [PLACEHOLDER: notice-and-action contact email / postal address] TODO. We respond to clear, complete notices without undue delay and inform you of the outcome.

05 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. You retain whatever rights you have in content you post; by posting chat messages you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit and display them for the purpose of operating the Service (live transmission only — see Section 1).

06 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account as described in Section 2. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, liability, and governing law) will survive.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The stream may be interrupted, offline, or unavailable; the Service does not record or guarantee continuity of broadcasts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or the minimum permitted by law.

08 Minors

The Service is intended for adults. Only people 18 years of age or older may use the Service or create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we have no realistic means to process or retain it if it were provided (chat is not retained; see Section 1). If you are under 18, you must not use the Service.

09 Governing Law
